Recyled High-Performance Fibre
Giving materials a second life is a priority. We incorporate
recycled polyester (rPET) into our fabrics – a sustainable solution for a material that is not biodegradable and would otherwise end up in a landfill or the ocean.
rPET is made from recycled plastic bottles. The bottles are collected, cleaned, dried, and shredded into small chips. These chips are then melted and spun into yarn, which is crimped to create a soft textured fibre and woven into a durable polyester fabric.
To put into perspective, just five recycled plastic bottles can produce enough fibre for
one large T-shirt, turning waste into high-performance, sustainable uniforms.
