Your log in email details cannot be changed, however your password details can. 

Simply log in to your account here, click on the green box in the top right hand corner of the portal.  Go to my profile, click and reset password. 

Returns are accepted on goods within 30 days from date of invoice or if over 30 days goods are deemed faulty, please contact our Customer Service team on 03 9 389-8000. 

In order to return or exchange goods, products must be in the same condition as originally received and include swing tags/labels. 

Return of goods to be made through a reseller only. 


You can create a return authorisation online from our portal.   Log in to your account, go to returns and create a return request. Follow the steps. 

Please note:  Goods must be returned within 7 -10 days of RA being authorised.

All product pages on our website list individual spec sizes.  

We accept payment via our online portal.  Log into your account, select invoices, select pay invoice and follow the steps.  VISA, MasterCard and American Express Credit cards accepted. 

Alternatively, account details are on individual invoices and payment can be made via bank transfer. 

There is no minimum order, however orders 5 units and less do incur a surcharge fee of $10.00.

Yes, we ship to all states in Australia, as well as New Zealand. 

We have approved resellers in all states of Australia as well as New Zealand. 

Simple answer is yes.  With fabric in stock, we can make the same garment for both men and women.   

We also have the ability to source fabric and colors, for specific contract requests. 

Resellers can choose from a range of customisation options, including colors, logos and styles and fabrics to create a uniform that reflects their brand identity and meets their specific requirements  

Embroidery is part of our uniform offering for indent/larger orders only.  Orders will be placed witjh our supply chain and garments will arrive into our warehouse fully embroidered. 

Minimums and costs – liaise with your account manager or alternatively enquire with [email protected]. 

We do not offer local embroidery for small orders, but hope to in the future.
